Power Plant Manager (Location : Purwakarta)	Producing viscose staple fibers designed for applications in the textile and non-woven industries for more than 30 years. Its staff of about 2,000 employees at the site in Purwakarta, West Java operates five production lines, manufacturing more than 300,000 tons of fibers p.a.	Business justification : To assist senior manager of power plant for day to day activities (process and maintenance), To maintain proper documentation and validation legal requirement, To ensure safety and environment procedure implement at work place, To be control the coal storage and housekeeping in all plant areas. Requirements and Qualifications : 1. Education background min S1 Mechanic/Electric Engineer 2. Experience min 15 years 3. Fluent in English both of writing and speaking as corporate language. 4. Should be familiar and experience with operation of AFBC and CFBC coal boiler and steam turbine. 5. Handling in proper for AFBC and CFBC boiler trouble shooting 6. Having good leadership, good attitude and personality 7. Understand all standards of Boiler, Turbine and Generator.
Project Manager (Location : Cibitung)	Multinational Company and World's leading food processing and packaging (Pharmacy and cosmetic business unit) in Cibitung	§ Minimum 6 years extensive experience in similar role handled various Pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing. § PMP certified is a must  Bachelor degree in Engineering  At least 3 year experience working in a project team  Strong and proven leadership skills  Excellent communication skill both verbal and written  Excellent knowledge in Project Management  Able to use MS Project  Familiar with liquid processing equipment or good knowledge of fluid mechanics  Proficient in English both verbal and written

Senior Manufacturing Manager (Location : Batam)	a manufacturer of scuba gear	• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, Master degree is Preferred. • Excellent English skills are required. • Excellent German, written and spoken preferred. • Experience working in a US or European company preferred. • Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer including experiences successfully designing complex mass manufacturing processes capitalize on providing great efficiencies while effectively managing costs. • Requires a minimumof 2 years in R&D. • The candidate should have experience with:  Serial production (>5-20000 pieces / year)  Injection molded parts design and inspection and validation  Designing and building jigs and fixtures  Ultrasonic welding, Laser marking, Galvanization, Gluing in mass fabrication, and Glue dispensing are nice to have • 3D CAD (preferable Solid works).

- Good leadership and able to interface effectively with all levels in a cross functions organization

- Willing to travelling and ready to be assigned on any project site in other city

- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia in written and oral communication
